Drove the product through a critical scale-up phase — improving the technology stack, streamlining market feedback loops, and aligning cross-functionally with other business units. Maintained a daily presence on the production floor to mature manufacturing procedures and ensure predictable robot behavior in the field. Established an Agile-inspired organizational structure that channels customer and expert feedback into product decisions.

Key achievements

  • Led a team of 13 people of 5 different nationalities and multiple technical backgrounds to scale the product from a handful to more than 500 units sold.
  • Secured TUV Rheinland certification — conducting most verification tests, leading recurrent risk assessments, and reviewing compliance against the standards.
