At the LEGO Group, led the delivery of successful pilots that shaped the future of LEGO Ideas and brought a new internal product, LEGO Atlas, from concept to life. As CTO of a robotics startup, secured the company's first pilot with Denmark's largest retailer and built its product development organization from scratch. A D.Sc. in Robotics underpins it all, pairing technical fluency with a conviction that great products are built by cross-functional teams.
